About me and my therapy practice
As a trained therapist from the Tavistock and Portman Clinic and a member of the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my work with children, adolescents, and families. My passion lies in helping young people navigate life's challenges and develop the tools they need to thrive.
With over seven years of experience in the NHS with Child and Adult Mental Health Services (CAMHS), I have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by young people and am committed to providing them with the support they need. I have also worked in both primary and secondary schools, providing counselling services to students and addressing a range of mental health concerns.
I believe in creating a warm and supportive therapeutic environment where individuals feel safe to express themselves and explore their emotions. My approach is tailored to the individual needs of each client, and I draw on a range of therapeutic techniques to help individuals develop coping strategies and achieve their goals.
